  So Rude... I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve what they said was an issue, only to find out they had authorization for the prescription and didn’t bother to notify me. Robert, the pharmacist, hung up on me when I stated that it would have been nice to be notified. I have never once walked in and had a prescription ready to be picked up. So much for small town service.
